We hope you love the product as much as we do but if you are dissatisfied with any of our snacks, please contact our customer services team at enquiries@acti-snack.com.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our snacks and for health & safety reasons we are not able to offer a refund for any which are returned to us, unless it is faulty or as been sent to you in error.

We may request that you return the product for it to be inspected by our quality team. This does not affect your legal rights.
